Independence Hall I has a capacity of 75 people and Independence Hall II has a capacity of 60 people for a combined maximum capacity of 135 people. The rooms are separated by a retractable wall to easily and conveniently convert the spaces into one large event or two smaller ones. The basic rates for each room include set-up of tables and chairs for up to 36 and 28 people respectively, so simply let us know your specific needs. There is an extra fee for the use of our linens. See our scheduling page for more details. We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 per room to hold reservations. The deposit will be applied to the total rental amount.

We will work with you to ensure that no details are overlooked. Our event package includes: a private event consultation, rental of the entire space for your event, includes tables, linens, and chairs. We set up tables, chairs and linens according to your specifications as well as clean up at the conclusion of the event.

FREEDOM HALL RANGE EVENTS - $25 per person per half hour (2-6 hours)
INDEPENDENCE HALL MEETING ROOMS - 10% discount from standard rates
