There’s nothing quite like shooting range time. The feel of the gun in your hands, the recoil of each shot, the paper target getting shredded at the end of the lane.
And now, whether the weather is frigid, stupidly humid, or downpouring, and whether the wind would blow any projectile completely off target, you can enjoy the fun in a safe, climate controlled environment.
And Southern Minnesota’s premier indoor range is open to the public!
Featuring 8 advanced shooting lanes with digitally controlled target systems and an air filtration system that refreshes the air every 90 seconds, Freedom Hall delivers a premier shooting experience. Each 25-yard lane includes a steel containment trap and comfortable shooting benches, supporting all pistols and rifles up to .338 Lapua Magnum.

2 If By Sea Tactical has a wide selection of modern and historic firearm rentals including fully automatic weapons that can be rented in 30 minute increments. Learn more about our machine gun rentals here. Members receive priority on gun rentals.

Is our range open to the public?
Yes. We invite everyone in the Mankato-New Prague-Burnsville area, and really all of Southern Minnesota, to come out on your own or for one of our events and try the lanes for yourself.
Non-members are welcome as walk-ins and can use available lanes when they arrive. Members get the added perk of reserving lanes in advance.

Before You Arrive
Complete Your Range Waiver Online
Save time at check-in by completing the appropriate Smartwaiver before your visit. Adults should use the Adult Waiver. A parent or legal guardian should complete the Parent / Guardian Waiver for anyone under 18.
Lane Pricing for the Shooting Range
Non-member/walk-in pricing is $25/hour and $15 for an additional shooter.
Walk-ins welcome: Non-members can use available lanes in person. Advance lane reservations are a member perk for active members.
