General Store Policies

  • All transactions of ammunition, firearms, and suppressors are final. No returns or exchanges.

  • 3% fee applied to all card transactions.

  • All firearm sales must comply with state and federal laws.

  • Used inventory has undergone a basic function test; beyond that, all items are sold as-is.

Firearm Purchase Requirements

  • A Minnesota Permit to Purchase or Minnesota Permit to Carry with a matching address to a valid government-issued ID is required for:

    • Handguns

    • Certain rifles and shotguns

    • Frames and receivers

  • Purchasers must pass the required federal background check (NICS).

  • Straw purchases are strictly prohibited. Attempting to purchase a firearm on behalf of another person will result in denial of the sale and may be reported to law enforcement.

Shooting Range Policies

Rules
  • Brass-cased ammunition only is permitted.

  • Prohibited ammunition types:

    • tracers

    • steel-core rounds

    • military surplus rounds

    • .50 BMG

  • Liability waiver must be signed before shooting.

  • Range safety rules MUST be followed at all times. Breaking range rules may result in permanent ban.

  • Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times while on the range.

  • No holster drawing unless approved by a Range Safety Officer (RSO).

  • Members receive priority in lane access.

  • All firearms must be cased and unloaded when entering or exiting the facility.

  • Cease fire commands from staff must be followed immediately.

  • Rental Guns must use in-store ammo only.

Age & Supervision

  • All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Minimum age to shoot is subject to staff discretion.

  • No one under 18 may rent a firearm without a parent or legal guardian present.

Prohibited Conduct

  • No drugs or alcohol. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be removed immediately.

  • Horseplay, unsafe handling, or reckless behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Food, drink, and tobacco products are not allowed on the firing line.

  • Photography or video recording requires staff approval.

Additional Notes

  • Range staff decisions are final regarding safety and conduct.

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal and possible loss of membership privileges.
