Exploring Twin Cities Live: A Day at 2 If by Sea Tactical

The appearance on Twin Cities Live with ABC 5 on June 27th here at 2 If By Sea Tactical was truly an amazing experience. The platform that TCL provides is a huge opportunity for communities like New Prague to show off their town and what they have to offer. We at 2 If By Sea Tactical, we were honored to be requested to be on the show along several amazing businesses.
TCL hosted their live portion of the event at 1319 Woodfire Tavern right here in New Prague. There were multiple businesses highlighted during that airing here in New Prague. At 1319, fans of the show were able to be in the background and watch as the show was broadcast live. Attending this event was truly awesome. It was great to see the community come together to support an amazing local business.
Some of the local businesses highlighted were Lau’s Bakery here in New Prague and Next Chapter Winery. We were just like them filming the week before our portion of the episode to be highlighted during the live broadcast. One of the hosts, Ben Leber, came to our facility to interview and shoot in our range.
Ben spent time learning about the history of 2 If By Sea and the origin of our name and how here we tie everything to history. He got to explore our shop and what we have to offer our customers here. This includes our Virtual Reality training system, classroom, and in-store inventory.
After this section we moved to the range and shooting guns! This is where Ben got to try out our state-of-the-art indoor shooting range. He also got see our rental counter with the various guns we offer for rent including machine guns.
Ben got to shoot his Glock 22 handgun and gets some pro-tips to improve his accuracy. He did really well and improved greatly from his first shot to his last one. Then we surprised him with an opportunity to shoot a machine gun. He got to shoot the MP5 we have for rent. While this portion ended up not airing on TV, he had the best of time and even mentioned how much fun he had on a radio appearance on KFAN.
