As New Year’s approaches, major changes to federal gun law are set to take effect. A provision in the recently passed “Big Beautiful Bill” reduces the tax stamp on certain National Firearms Act (NFA) items—including suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs—to $0. We here at 2 If By Sea Tactical hope that the Supreme Court will step in and restore our God Given Rights and overturn such laws as this.  With the Supreme Court conferencing five 2nd Amendment cases on Thursday December 4th, we hope they will take up all of the cases.  Far to often, the Supreme Court has passed on 2nd Amendment cases and have allowed Circuit Courts like the 9th Circuit erode the rights that are enshrined in our constitution.
