ATF Readies for eForm Blackout Ahead of Significant Bill Changes
As New Year’s approaches, major changes to federal gun law are set to take effect. A provision in the recently passed “Big Beautiful Bill” reduces the tax stamp on certain National Firearms Act (NFA) items—including suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs—to $0.
